Rhiannon Young Case Study – Neath Library This a case study of Rhiannon sharing the time spent and volunteering experience of working in Neath Library as an IT mentor giving people on to one IT support. Rhiannon volunteer four days a week in Neath Library. "I thoroughly enjoyed my time working on the Get NPT online scheme with Stuart Morgan and Fiona Davies. When I first started I was exploring my self-identity, and was at the beginning of the process of discovering who I was, and what direction I wanted to go in the future in professional and social development. I was also suffering from high levels of depression and anxiety.
